Despite the way some people worded their comments here, they are actually giving you some very good advice that you really should act on right away.

I went to your website and wanted to leave it right away. Why? First, there were POP-ups. lots and lots of pop-ups. Surfers HATE pop-ups. Offer an english version of your site. Give people a reason to want to bookmark your site and return. Kepp all illegal content out of your site. Think like a surfer, and don't pretend that just because you are running an adult website now is any kind of instant cash.

Treat the potential surfers to your site as SMART CONSUMERS and you will begin to see results.
