Tubes stealing your shit is here to stay. Piracy is here to stay. It's impossible to stop at this point. The sooner you realize it and do what you can to work around it to earn what you can, the better. There is a significantly higher percentage of people that feel no need to pay for porn than there's ever been - get used to it and focus on the people that will pay for it. Or make your own tube and scrum for ad revenue.

That there's more freeloaders around now than there's ever been is precisely because of the tubes.

The second suggestion only further cheapens a producers content.

That's exactly the owner's goal. Their entire business model is built on stealing content and displaying it on their site to sell ad spots. The "it wasn't me" and "I can't control what other people upload" responses are total BS.

Why are we held responsible for the contents of our pockets, vehicles, homes, etc. but they aren't responsible for what's on their server? It's a business model based on theft and a loop hole and when that hole is plugged they'll be fucked. At that point they will be sucking up to the sponsors to be affiliates, the way the system is suppose to work.

Every time I send out a take-down notice it is specifically because they are using my content without my watermark, and without a return link back to me. :2 cents:

Yeah, good luck getting that "loop hole plugged" because Google widely relies on it, therefore they will make sure it's not changed.

If you're such an expert on internet crime then why would you ask this stupid question?

"if its a public upload tube how can you be sure its the owner?"

Don't you think tube owners have a way of uploading stolen content without implicating themselves? That's Content Theft 101 and their only protection under DMCA.

Wizzo 06-13-2013 02:47 PM

It won't stop it, it will just send someone to jail for awhile and stop tube owners from going to shows which many don't go now. :winkwink:

They will eventually do it to themselves, it's just a matter of time.

Youtube actively monitors uploaded content and do a pretty good job of it unlike adult tube owners. Try to upload adult content to Youtube and see how long it stays up. They would suspend the account of anyone doing that yet you can send an adult tube countless DMCA's and they would still allow the "uploader" to continue without so much as a warning.

Try to upload a non-adult related video to an adult tube and see how long that stays up if it even gets posted in the first place.

The system is a joke. Can you imagine if that's how the rest of society dealt with theft? Imagine a world where there was no punishment for theft and if you get caught stealing you just have to give the product back.

The first couple pages seem to be mostly movies from the 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s as well as stuff like "The Obama Deception".

Now try to find the full length movie for the newest Star Trek or Superman on Youtube. See what you find.

Does it matter? Most of those movies are pirated... I was proving him wrong. Point proven.

apples and oranges. A more relevant question would be: have you got a site that shares all itunes, free, but will remove them if dmca'd. Or: do you have a site that profits from others' content without their permission, but will remove if dmca'd.

the second suggestion cheapens a producers content?

isn't that the same argument when the MGPs came about?

I have the solution.

We buy hosting at the same hosts that they are at. Then we DoS them from the inside. Most hosts only monitor traffic at the edge routers. lol

Biggy2 06-13-2013 06:52 PM

Send your DMCAs on paper via snail mail, not sure what office or home is specifically theres? send it to everyone on the block, and send a really nice cover letter to go with it. you want to make sure they properly receive it.

send it to their home, send it to their office address, not sure which one is theres, send it to every house on the block addressed to the right person with a cover letter outlining the site, the porno they stole, so on and so forth, and keep sending it over and over again until you feel they are complying with your content removal.

note: this is just a suggestion.

So you really think a tube site owner or two getting murdered would stop it? Has murder ever stopped anything done on a massive scale? Get real. There could be some worldwide tube site taskforce assembled to murder tube site owners the world over and it still wouldn't stop shit. Getting anything digital for free is the new dominant culture. It's a shitty thieving culture but it is what it is. Look at the size of the mainstream companies trying to stop piracy that haven't been able to. No one in adult could even come close to those efforts.
