Tubes stealing your shit is here to stay. Piracy is here to stay. It's impossible to stop at this point. The sooner you realize it and do what you can to work around it to earn what you can, the better. There is a significantly higher percentage of people that feel no need to pay for porn than there's ever been - get used to it and focus on the people that will pay for it. That's exactly the owner's goal. Their entire business model is built on stealing content and displaying it on their site to sell ad spots. The "it wasn't me" and "I can't control what other people upload" responses are total BS.

Why are we held responsible for the contents of our pockets, vehicles, homes, etc. but they aren't responsible for what's on their server? It's a business model based on theft and a loop hole and when that hole is plugged they'll be fucked. At that point they will be sucking up to the sponsors to be affiliates, the way the system is suppose to work.

Youtube actively monitors uploaded content and do a pretty good job of it unlike adult tube owners. Try to upload adult content to Youtube and see how long it stays up. They would suspend the account of anyone doing that yet you can send an adult tube countless DMCA's and they would still allow the "uploader" to continue without so much as a warning.

Try to upload a non-adult related video to an adult tube and see how long that stays up if it even gets posted in the first place.

The system is a joke. Can you imagine if that's how the rest of society dealt with theft? Imagine a world where there was no punishment for theft and if you get caught stealing you just have to give the product back.

We buy hosting at the same hosts that they are at. Then we DoS them from the inside. Most hosts only monitor traffic at the edge routers. lol

Send your DMCAs on paper via snail mail, not sure what office or home is specifically theres? send it to everyone on the block, and send a really nice cover letter to go with it. you want to make sure they properly receive it.

send it to their home, send it to their office address, not sure which one is theres, send it to every house on the block addressed to the right person with a cover letter outlining the site, the porno they stole, so on and so forth, and keep sending it over and over again until you feel they are complying with your content removal.

note: this is just a suggestion.
