No, but in googling him, he was like 13 - 15 years after I left working for MCA {1979 - 1983} & even my brief return into music biz in the early 90's {1990 - 1994} , I was gone from it before it seems he was out.
Sounds good, though! :thumbsup

In '79 he was fronting The Pumps. You may remember their songs Success or Bust the TV. They later (1983) changed their name to Orphan and had hits with Lonely at Night and the already posted Miracle.

He did in later years tour under his own name, which is what you must be referring to. But he was definitely on the scene in the '79-'83 years range.

I suppose I could do worse. Better than Crap Dick, for example.

How about Canadian Dick or Cross Dresser?:thumbsup:thumbsup

I can live with Canadian Dick.

Speaking of that, here have some Cock On....

That was shot here in Winnipeg just a few months ago. Note the drunk chick getting casually lifted off the stage at around the 7:00 minute mark. That's what Goddo does to Winnipeg chicks, makes them get up and get weird.

Headpins! Nice...

The Northern Pikes had a nice run in the late 80s.
More pop than rock, though.

Thread must not die.

Audio only, but great song by another great Winnipeg band.

Platinum Blonde was pretty awesome, kinda like a Canadian Duran Duran.
