I was going to wait until Monday, But I thought I should come as soon as possible not just to let FingerPrinter know, which I could have done in private, but since a thread was made, I felt it to be neccesary.

Wouldn't a VPN fix the ISP problem? When I'm in Colombia, I can't do any US-based online transactions using my local ISP. Switch on the VPN and it's all good! Or am I underthinking the problem?
