That'd probably be the only way. At least per that FindLaw link, the statute of limitations is up on it anyways, but who knows...they might find a way to prosecute just to appease the people that feel he should have been found guilty in the Trayvon case.

I'm not saying it didn't happen, but seems it'd be really hard to prove at this point. At least it sounds like she was trying to come out with it during the trial rather than after.

i don't think there is a limitation on rape. i just looked at a case a man arrested earlier this year for rape he did in 1984. he just died i think a few weeks ago.

I thought I read somewhere that it varies by state. It may vary also by what kind of rape, i.e. in this case with it being minor on minor, maybe it's seen legally as not as big of a deal.

I was talking about when they were 6 and 7 - children can't rape each other, they don't understand the nature of their actions.
