Yet Winnipeg, a city of some 700,000 people, sees 25-30 murders per year give or take. Detroit would seem to see that many on an average long weekend. Yet WE get chastised as being "the murder capital of Canada".
I blame our North End for most of it. Total shit hole. What's Detroit's (and many other major US cities) excuse? Ten times the murders, oh what can the reason for that be I wonder?
