I used to say the same thing but since my server has been down 12 times in the past 5 weeks, I kinda am starting to think maybe I was wrong.

Yup, I still have some sites hosted with them (migrating to National Net this month) and the problems in recent weeks have been ridiculous, as has the tech support follow-thru. They once were serviceable (at least for me) despite all the haters, now they are honestly terrible.

I couldn't agree more. All I do is hire smart people and get out of their way and let them do their job :-)

Email and FTP problems up the wazoo across accounts and tons of issues with MYsql
and MYPHP on very low volume sites...tech supports answer:

"Unfortunately this is can be a side effect of being on a shared server. If you'd like dedicated resources that will prevent this from happening I'd suggest upgrading to a VPS."

NatNet is one of rare IT companies that really spoiled me. I can say that their support is top notch! Go for it!

I have had a lot of bad experience with Webair, with their support not giving a damn about server technical problems. And after the cancellation request, they billed me for one more month, claiming that this is something written in the contract I accepted on signup. :2 cents:

I am still with webair, I won't lie I have issues but been with them so long and I have about 200+ websites and over 600+ databases

Would this be a easy or hard move for me? Who is the best person I can talk to help with all this.

I would have to change all my website nameservers which would really be hell - I might just have to stay with webair, they offer the 24/7 live chat and they normally fix the problems on the spot are your websites on shared servers or even VPS? Having 5-10 tickets would make one think your on a $10 plan?

Doesn't matter what plan you are on, it should work.

If you decide to not have a steak at Peter Luger one night and have a big mac instead, you still should not get food poisoning. :2 cents:

Plenty of places will migrate everything for you, but you probably need to be on a dedicated box ;)

I think webair is one of the best companies there. I've tried a few and they are still my favorite one.

Denny 04-12-2014 01:34 AM

I have a VPS plan with Webair (as well as with 5 other hosts) for like 10 years, no issues at all.

DraX 04-12-2014 12:34 PM

Make a customer review for them here.

Either way as you're looking for a new host there's plenty of datacenters to pick from around the world.

eroticfem 04-14-2014 08:19 AM

Not been with them that long but i have never had any issues with them, they have fixed things beyond what i pay for for free so i am happy with their service.

bigdave26 04-14-2014 09:55 AM

I have 4 servers with them and have used them for about 5 years now. Every once in awhile a server goes down for like 30 minutes but nobody's perfect.
