Did everyone else within the US using Verotel receive same request a couple months back? I'm not talking about the Mastercard Fee and that is waived if billing over 100 Euro's per week.

The request to:
2 Forms of ID and if DL does not have birth city (which every single DL in the US does not have) provide an additional Passport or Birth Certificate
Questionnaire filled out with as much detail as possible (What was that btw if everyone was sent it?)
I think 2 signatures on some other docs. My understanding is that US merchants needed to form a *partnership* with Verotel in order to keep processing.

Just wondering... was this something that everyone has done?

I really have no dog in this fight and I completely understand both sides all to well. I just want to know if this has happened to everyone, or is something that is going to be asked of everyone. My understanding is this was a request for information 2 months ago that went ignored.
