Our testing has shown that VideoSecret's WL's work quite well, more especially if they are the cam solution for your existing established website -- as then you already have consumer confidence from your site which translates to them feeling comfortable in signing up to your WL.

This is true, but I always recommend to test because some brands convert better promoting F4F. If you already have a good brand identity with your members, then a WL is a good option. Add me on Skype if you need any help.

Best promotion for your affiliate program is in your negative competition threads:)?

DVTimes 12-18-2013 10:24 AM

Jonny69 12-18-2013 02:37 PM

A few people posted about VS first, so VS just replied.

Anyone still getting signups with AWE after they changed to jasmin.com? Ratio is terrible after that for some "strange" reason....

That said, VideoSecrets has been fantastic to deal with over the last year or so that we've been with them. Our affiliate Rep, Jasmine, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She's a real breath of fresh air and the company has paid like clockwork.

It should be noted that Streamate are a close second, though I wish they offered better communication than via email.

Others seem to do okay with the AWE, Webcamwiz, etc. group. For us, however, and for me personally, I've lost considerable respect for them and how they operate.

I use to do ok with webcamwiz in past but now at least 40% of the sales are charge backs or nulled PPS with no reason..

PornDiscounts-V 12-19-2013 05:19 AM

I have also had pps removed. Stopped actively promoting them.

Hi there,

We informed the Webmaster about the following: there was a bug in our system that our developers recognized and fixed quickly, however it resulted in a few sales (that were made by Members who previously existed in our system) being miscredited as PPS sales, to different Webmasters. We understand your concerns and we are sorry about the inconvenience, still please note that all related Webmasters receive their due earnings. We would not risk our reputation and the fruitful cooperation we have with our Webmasters by shaving.

Thank you for your understanding. We remain at all of our partners' disposal.

Best regards,

It seems you already lost your reputation for few bucks (i suppose there were only few thousands involved, if there were more, than you have a big problem with your reputation).
Anyway we're pleased to buy all your cams related traffic.

signupdamnit 12-19-2013 03:17 PM

If you can't trust someone it's almost always best to move on. There is zero oversight in the affiliate business and the sponsor is basically free to perpetuate all kinds of fraud. Go with your gut.

secureizef 12-19-2013 05:28 PM

too bad awe does not pay through paxum otherwise I would have joined....

:2 cents: if it's only a few sales, maybe it would have been better to credit both webmasters, instead of creating this situation that looks just really bad for AWE, just my 2 cents

no shit! :angrysoap

campimp 12-19-2013 09:19 PM

it doesn't really matter... with all the changes they made in the last two months they are actively working to kill off their affiliates anyway... they simply don't care anymore. lots of long time affiliates there have seen sales go to shit in a matter of weeks, they know what they are doing, and they have little interest in keeping their affiliates earning money anymore.

obviously they decided it was cheaper to advertise on their own

If that was the case, I doubt AWE would have invested in its new WL 3.0 product :2 cents:

From trying to solve its Google issues to releasing new products and features, AWE is working to help affiliates, not "kill off" the folks that bring them the traffic they need. Having said that, all affiliates are not created equal, so some changes may benefit some folks more than others. It's just the nature of the game.

postalsex 12-20-2013 08:26 PM

they need to take care of their affiliates more and actually not forget that their affiliates put some if not most of their bread on the table and not only not screw affiliates but offer them all the tools they need. otherwise there are plenty of other great program out there to choose from!

You mean they shave only some affiliates and not all?

This is how shaving works, only affiliates that are not earning so much are shaved, it is risky to lose the big ones so it's better to lose the small ones. Send them large chunks of traffic and you can cookie stuff or spam and it will not be a problem, but if you send quality traffic in low amounts you will be shaved.:2 cents:

No, I mean that some affiliates take their work seriously, while others don't :2 cents:

For example, if you toss a white label on a generic domain and expect to make money, you won't. The guys that make money are hand selecting the models that appear on their sites and are taking advantage of all of a site's customization features. They send traffic to their white label, not try to use their WL to send traffic to their other sites, etc.

It's almost 2014 and if you're (still) a one-man band, trying to run more than one site = fail

Despite this, some folks think putting up a 100 WLs will work ("make $1/day then scale it!!!")

What a lot of folks blame sponsors for is really the result of "webmasters" that are not good at their job :xmas-smil30

This thread is not about my skills, it is about AWE who admit they shave webmasters :(

I can't speak to that, but I will say that AWE provides CUSTOMERS with a GREAT USER EXPERIENCE and offers top-quality feeds and a range of market-leading options for CUSTOMERS.

From an end-user experience, AWE sites / overall experience outperform many competitors.

If you don't like your experience with them as an AFFILIATE, then try another company.

Flirt4Free, for example, is about to release some revolutionary new offers that affiliates (and customers) will want to get in on :thumbsup

postalsex 12-22-2013 07:15 PM

thanks god there is competition and affiliates can choose the best sponsor for their needs. go for chaturbate see my sig better signup ratios and payments through paxum !

Best regards,

taking 400$ over the timespan of 2 months from the dude opening this thread i dont really call recognizing and fixing quickly.....

AWE is really doing a good job, screwing over good earning models because now suddenly "the lighting isnt up to jasmin standards", now you've stepped up your game by stripping webmasters from their earnings...why would you bother? the sale has been made already and the e-mail has already been opted into your mailing lists....

DBS.US 01-01-2014 12:30 PM

Bottom line with promoting any program: Cash paid/number of clicks

Send your traffic to the program that pays you the most:2 cents:

postalsex 01-03-2014 06:00 PM

the affiliate internet it is not what it used to be 5-10 years ago. Now there are so many other choices besides AWE than they have to wake up. Affiliates are the bread and butter of every company and AWE should wake up and realize that they need to please their affiliates and do whatever is needed to keep them happy otherwise they slowly go to the competition.

And if everyone in the area seems to be scamming you or offering a raw deal then get out and try something else. There are plenty of other things to do.

Tjeezers 01-04-2014 09:49 AM
