Didn't have father figures or role models, so I've had to figure out a lot on my own, and leave myself enough margin for error. I've read enough good advice, but it's not meant for me so it never sticks.

Seems like a lot of people who succeed in business, male and female, have the influence of a strong father figure. Perhaps that's what separates a lot of people on here.
