It's amazing to so the leech class defend attacks on Tea Party groups by the IRS and others.
Idiots talking about cherry picking obviously didn't watch any of the IRS hearings this week or the hearing last year where Lois Learner took the 5th.

But what can you expect?
The government promised the leech class change and increased hand outs.
The leeches like handouts.

However, I've noticed that some people are just a magnet for trouble, and trouble seems to follow them no matter where they go.

Years ago I went to court for a ticket, full felony stop; I've mentioned this a few times on GFY. I was speeding (and that's an understatement). This was on the 10 between Socal and Phoenix, where high rates of speed are common in the desert. The lady before me had the same exact ticket, was crying, offering up all kinds of excuses, more or less threw her paperwork up on the judge's desk.... The judge nailed her to the wall. I'm thinking my goose is cooked, judge asks how I plead, "Guilty, sir". The judge nearly had a cow. The judge asked me to explain, and I just told the judge I was in fact exceeding one hundred miles per hour when I was pulled over, and that I had no excuse. My ticket was dropped down to one point on my DL and a little $120 fine.

My point is these people had a simple audit, got caught skirting the law every chance they got, got the book tossed at them, and tried to fight it every step of the way. Eventually local law enforcement got called because they refused to produce some kind of a document or failed to show up for two many hearings, they discovered a treasure trove of firearms - we already know your stance on the 2nd amendment - and then ATF gets called in and they got to their place of business to locate a missing firearm and notice dozens of health code violations. And so forth.

Fifty percent of all people audited are Republicans, the half Democrats. And some of those Republicans and some of those Democrats a ignorant, arrogant, and believe they are above the law. The more they piss people off, the more trouble they get into. You don't even know if the IRS called the ATF or the other way around; You just assume they are connected even though you can't draw a line between the two.

It's simple. Once a government agency discovers enough dirt, they keep digging. And the more they dig they more they find.

Maybe they got nailed to the cross because they violated the law over and over again.

its funny the only group who they ever pulled status was a liberal group no one says anything about that. Also if they wanted their side to win they could of dealt with not being tax free and moved along.

Dont worry Vend once a white male is president again which will probably happen in 2016. The tea party will disappear. Mark my words.

Dear leech class, pretending lower taxes, smaller government, and less spending is somehow racist speaks clearly to your level of intelligence

I'm not saying they do not target certain groups; They do. There are certain groups that have a high instance of fraud. Charity groups are high up on that list, and I would assume political groups - which are really nothing more than ways of funneling money to a certain candidate - would be up on that list too.

Being "targeted" doesn't mean they went after them with a vengeance, but instead means they were given extra scrutiny. This is the job of the IRS.

crockett 02-08-2014 08:24 AM

12clicks and Vendzilla a shining example of what is wrong with the Republican Party and why it's set for more and more failure.

It's useless to explain common logic to him, he just ignores it if it doesn't fit his agenda, he is of the same mentality of truthers, creationist and conspiracy theorists. They all have this need to always be right and no amount of information is ever enough to prove them wrong it has to be a mental issue of some sort.

It's like some sort of mental dyslexia that makes them not capable of understanding basic logic with the ability to distinguish between far fetched ideas and likely reality. Everyone else is always wrong and they are the ones that know the truth and have to continuously tell everyone about it,

Mutt 02-08-2014 08:39 AM

It happens and it's always happened and it's wrong whether it's a right wing government targeting liberal activists or a left wing government targeting conservative activists.

The simple fact is this group made theirselves a target. First off they are skirting the letter of the law and abusing charity status in order to funnel money to Political candidates. The IRS understands this is happening and these groups become targets when they are found, the idiots starting these groups always name them with obvious political names or with easy to spot keywords. This makes it ridiculously easy to single them out.

Next this specific group made national news running around telling the world they were gonna hand out shotguns to good people in bad areas. Of course in all the interviews they were talking to good white people in bad black or high crime areas. Meaning not only did they make a big target of themselves with a name but also with the great press of handing out free shot guns.,

Of course this is all everyday normal life in Vendzillas world, so some group handing out shotguns to grandmas and donating money to Republican politicians for their campaigns is obviously a legit charity beyond any extra scrutiny. That's just how they do it in Texas what's the problem, right? Fuck what am I thinking it's obviously Obamas fault...

The best part about this whole topic, is Watching Vend try to dig himself out of this hole. He obviously didn't research this group for anything wrong they may have done. He just went to his favorite right wing extremist site and believed everything they wrote then came here like a good little political zombie to show the world how evil the liberals are. Now people are proving he's wrong but he's still clinging on completely incapable of just admitting he's wrong.

Exactly, and these groups make it ridiculously easy to scrutinize when they use names with words like "freedom, patriots, tea party, progressive ect,,ect".. Notice all these groups have those kind of keywords in their names then get surprised when big bad IRS comes knocking.

Too embarrassed to talk about it?
I would be too, loser.

And I actually can't remember much about roofing. I've been top of the food chain in the business you couldn't make it in for over 15 years now.

You know I hear that a lot on this forum, here's what I have to say about it:

By saying people have been doing this all along is the same as saying that it's ok to do it.

It's not

Yes it should, but when the IRS admits to targeting conservative groups and the head of the IRS steps down and takes the fifth, do you really think things are OK?

Of course just like always you never have any problem when your team is doing it, but once the tables get turned it's suddenly an outrage.

Hahahaha, who feels sorry for you and now employs you as one of the many unintelligent easily replaceable lemmings?

Guessing at what your betters do makes you, one of life's lemmings, look even less intelligent than your lemming job suggests.

Monday morning tell your boss you're good at posting pictures on chat boards. He may give you a raise for doubling the skill level he thought you had.

Vendzilla 02-08-2014 08:37 PM

12 clicks, I finally got tired of crockets lack of intelligence and ineptitude of keeping to the debate, he would rather insult those that clearly have a handle on the present conversation out of jealousy. He is the guy that you would go drinking with and have to pull him out of the bar before some chick beats his ass and her guy does nothing because he's afraid of laughing to death!

Don't piss him off too much, he'll take it out on his Pomeranian!

Just set to ignore like I did.

BTW, I just tried jalapeno hummus for the first time, eating with pretzel chips and a shot of rum, damn that's good!

Vend, since I know you read this postI'll explain to you...

12clicks is a troll, he posts for entertainment it's easy enough to see. So he goes back and forth with people until they get bored of him or he falls off the roof.

You on the other hand really believe the nonsense you post, it's pretty clear that you just eat it up. That's fine, to each their own, however you always start calling people names. It's not just me, you call pretty much anyone that has a history of disagreeing with you names.

A week ago I decided to do a little test, I stopped personally attacking you and tried to have conversation with you. You are so blinded by your hate, that you couldn't respond with out tossing in insults. Again not just to me but others. You get trolled by me and others because you act like a two year old and cons tally call people names.

I'm really surprised you haven't managed to pick up on this but I guess your hatred is too strong. I disagree with Minte & Robbie in these topics all the time, but I don't troll them like I troll you. Why, because they don't run around calling everyone they disagree with names like you do.

You act like a two year old child, then you get treated like one.

This may be true, but if I was stating that I would definitely not cheat on taxes as I would know that this attention would not be good and I could be audited. So if all people were like me it would definitely be a lower risk o being tax cheat :upsidedow

LOL, shopping carts.

I'm between jobs but not hurting. My truck is paid for, my Harley is paid for and the condo is almost paid for (I have a 4 car garage) and I'm going to China next month for a couple weeks, so life is pretty good. I tried to start my own business with Briana Banks which had hurdles I didn't expect. Now I'm working on getting backing for my cam site idea that I feel will change the industry. I meet with some people next week for that.

I'm getting married next year and we are going to have our honeymoon at the 75th Sturgis Rally, her idea, which makes me love her even more. Going to motor home it there with the bike on a trailer . So far I have 2 other motor homes going with us, hoping for a few more and making a true adventure out of it. That's what life is about.

I used to have a dealers license and a car lot as well as a commercial floor cleaning company but I hated being tied down 24/7. Unlike what many seem to think, money is not everything. Now I buy and sell a few cars here and there and still have a income from a few websites and I couldn't be happier.

Next month I'm taking my Westfalla cross country and will be on the road for at least the next 6 months or until I decide I want to come back. Far too many people are worried about what the Jones think vs enjoying their life. Too many people waste their life chasing the next big house or this play toy or that and end up throwing their life away planning it vs living it.
