Because of a critical flaw in the design? Because free enterprise economy won't work? Because P2P is anarchism? Because open source is godless communism? Because of religious reasons? Just curios :Graucho . |
I think Mt Gox are incredibly incompetent but I think they'll allow withdrawals again once they are 100% sure they've fixed the problem. They're pathetic at PR and equally as useless fixing coding issues.
Just depends on how many people/hackers have taken advantage of the transaction malleability flaw through Mt Gox. That's the fun with Bitcoin though, do you put trust in the exchange that has an actual registered business address or do you trust anonymous Russians on BTC-e or the Slovakians over at Bitstamp that are registered from a UK virtual postal address and don't answer emails about their lack of transparency. |

It's like pointing to a wrecked Ferrari in a junkyard and saying "See? Ferraris are down to $60,000!" |

Thank you Edgeprod. Seeandsee I wasn't trying to pick a fight with you man, I meant exactly what Edgeprod is saying.
Just seemed wrong to put as bitcoin prices have dropped to $350. As of now the majority of the world are trading, buying, selling at $600-$650, (sorry to those who had $/btc stuck in mtgox :( :( ) |
