if you get "hungry" you are waiting to long in between meals. If you feel hungry your body starts to go into a sort of saving mode. PLUS----> one / two "cheat" meals a week. For me, I didn't pig out on 2 pizzas, cake etc. I just enjoyed whatever looked good on the menu (surf and turf, pasta, bread etc). I LOVE good food and could never stick to the above program if I couldn't enjoy good food once and awhile when we all go out.

No it does not... Food and non activity makes you fat:)

I try to eat very healthy and train 4-5 times a week and no weight probs!
Not easy but doable !
