What I find suspicious about Michael O is his almost complete lack of presence here while he's working for Zombaio. Then, allegedly leaves the company and the first thing he does is come here to appease everyone's concerns? Does that make any sense at all?

I'm getting paid by Zombaio, too. However, the payments are extremely late (4 - 5 payments behind) and the payout amounts are also off (split payments, some not included).

I also notice their administration area is off. You can't download your payment report any more (via PDF) so I have to take screenshots and hypercam screencasts as evidence.

I also notice their chargeback ratio is rigged. Divide your chargebacks by number of transactions and it'll be probably 1/10th of what it says it is.

I had the same problem with the PDFs in Internet Explorer (and not just on Zombaio) but when I switched to Chrome, it was fine.

It is amazing how people refuse to see a sinking ship...

I still use Zombaio but with caution. It is easy to see their business is on the decline as they drop to fewer and fewer transactions every week. If their payout ID numbers are accurate they are paying about 200-220 payment ID's every week...about 6 months back they were in the 250+ range and a year before that they were over 300+ weekly.

glad I didn't promote any sites with them.. I love CCBILL and will always bill with them

We are sometimes paid early. if late only due to bank holidays. Support for us has not been an issue. We normally get an issue resolved within 24 hours. and sometimes Zombaio fixes the issue and then replies, saving us the hassle.

I see fake nicks and some people known to create drama when it is not needed as the complainers here. I do not see Zombaio responding here, the same way ccbill and other billers do not usually jump into such threads. If you have an issue its called support tickets and a calm and professional ticket from YOU. I can just imagine some of the tickets that get generated by the complainers. :2 cents:

We used to get paid early. They would miss a payout or two, then we'd get them both plus another one for the next settlement date. Now we're about 5 payments behind. We're getting paid out from settlement dates originating in February.

They're obviously having problems as this is being corroborated by a slew of their clients here. The issue of late payments is not resolved until they catch up on all their late payments. Paying us weekly for payouts settled months ago is not paying on time or even early. Until they send us the 4 -5 payments they owe use, then pay on time, they're late.

The concern is't the late payouts as much as why they're late, if they'll be late in the future and if they'll even pay out. It's a valid concern. They've made no public announcements in regards to their late payouts.

When they moved to a new datacenter we all got an email notification that their new IP's need to be whitelisted by our servers. Tell me, why can't they email everyone and tell them what the problem with payouts is? Seems like that would be more efficient and responsible than relying on GFY hate-threads and irate customer support tickets on an individual basis.

I'm not here to hate Zombaio. I think I speak for everyone when I say I hope they resolve their issues so people can continue to work with them. As of now, they've left a sour taste in our mouths.

It consistently takes a month or 2 to get the money your customers pay...then they set a payout date that they CAN NEVER MEET...my last payment was nearly 2 weeks late, but at least I got it. Now I can move on to a different processor.

In the meantime, I am not taking cc payments for anything. I will get a greendot card and let my clients pay w a credit card THAT WAY, til I can set up a different system.

Not to defend Harmon (I can't stand the loud-mouthed prick sometimes) but he's just using his "special" way to bring this to further attention for his peers in the business.

GFY is, afterall, always going to be and always was a place to expose unfair business practices in the industry. It's just unfortunate that Harmon is "special" in some regards.

Almost 9 years on this forum and a webmaster , you have seen it before like many of us , I hate to say it but I see no happy ending on this one . This will be my 4th cc biller that I have seen go under .

I switched from Verotel to Zombaio some years ago... I am thinking of going back to verotel... but other then the payments being late these few weeks zombaio has been everything ive wanted, with low fees!
