The O’Reilly Factor was once again the highest-rated show on Fox’s schedule last quarter, averaging 2.790M total viewers and 427K in the demo. The Kelly File was #2 in total with 2.228M and #3 in the demo with 342K. The Five was #3 in total with 2.131M and #2 in the demo with 366K. The rest of the top 5 included Special Report with Bret Baier and On The Record with Greta Van Susteren.

On cable TV as a whole, Fox News came in fifth in prime time. By comparison, MSNBC was #27 overall, while CNN tied for #34.

A LOCAL news station in Florida who are a Fox television AFFILIATE station (WTVT channel 13).
And the court case was 2 employees suing that affiliate station after they had been fired.
The 2 employees claimed that they had been "wrongfully terminated" because they threatened to whistleblow that the local station was distorting some news stories.

The court found that to not be the case.

Fox News Channel did NOT go to court. And the whole court case had nothing to do with FNC being able to lie. It was 2 employees who were suing over being fired.

Actually Robbie you didn't read much about the case if that's what you think. Fox was let off the hook biased on the fact that they argued she was not a whistle blower and therefore was not protected by the FCC or federal laws.

The fact that Fox pressured her not to air the story and that they tried to force her to say what they wanted here to say is not what wasn't proven wrong in the court of law. The case was decided on if she was or wasn't a whistle blower then thrown out of court.

WTVT was the CBS affiliate when I was a kid living down in Fla. in the 1960's near Tampa. I believe they changed over to Fox back when CBS lost broadcast rights to Fox for NFL games.
