yeah, it is frequent view if you travel a lot...especially in so called "developing countries"...

makes you sad and wonder what we do with this planet....looks like that some kind Great Flood is needed for people..... (hello gov. agencies, i dont plan to blow up the world, but just you know - make people think)

consumerism is the way to go ! :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh buy more plastic bottles with water, buy more plastic:1orglaugh:1orglaugh :(:(:(

It's not just developing countries, it's right here in the USA as well. While our waters don't look like that we still trash the land in other ways, be it industrial waste or just destroying the land. Yesterday I came over a small group of foot hills with a smaller mountain here in NM and when I hit the top of the pass, one of the hill tops was in the process of being destroyed by miners or used as a gravel pit or something. I dunno wtf they they were doing out side of destroying it by literally chopping off the top of the hill and hauling it all away, so someone could make a few bucks while the damage will last forever.

I've seen this before of the east coast, where they coal mine, and just destroy the sides of mountains. The shit should be illegal.

Traveling is great, but one of the major downers is seeing how badly people treat the planet.

You where talking bollocks and instead of apologising or admitting you were wrong you decided to resort to name calling.

I don't wish to waste anymore time arguing with you, nor see any of your posts in the future so lets put each other on ignore :thumbsup

Translation: I started it but can't finish it - I would have been fine if you had never posted your initial insult, which, upon reflection, must be looking like a pretty poor idea.

indeed...what I meant that in "developping" countries you see that shit screaming into your eyes...in so called developed countries it is like throwing thrash under the carpet....

even more sad thing is that people who never leave the citites and live in "virtual" reality - far from nature, in enviromnet created by people - will never see what is going on...

looks like that some Great Flood is needed or some crazy scientists like from movie "12 monkeys"....to clear things up:winkwink::winkwink:
