In case you think I am hacking and changing dates on sites, I will paste you one more link:

http://www.telegraf.rs/vesti/politik...slovenije-i-eu

I will repeat once again: In moment while Russians were already on the field, EU told they didn't get any request. Simple as that (while Slovenians told they are coming soon).

Stating that help was on the way 36 hours after request was recieved, is just trying to make things look better. Except being slow and much closer then RU, EU told they didn't get any call for help (but somehow Slovenians and Russians did it).

That is all what I am talking about and I am not denying value of anyone help or trying to disparage. Just stating facts and that is that media coverage was low, EU didn't give a shit and reacted days later. (non eu members like montenegro,FYROM were faster then EU, too).

If you like Putin so much, go to Russia, suck his cock, and get it over with it. You two are going to be a handsome couple - a wannabe dictator and an upstanding individual, who has no problem using the tragedy of his own people to start political shit.

Putin? Do a search and find if anyone mentioned Putin or cocks except you? From some reason it seems cocks and Putin are often on your mind (from what I see, cunts are on the list too what makes me thing you are sexually frustrated ).

You don't have to say anything but insults on clear facts above, (once you saw that your sources for news are obviously are not telling you proper chornology of events) , which is telling much about you as person. I am sorry if you don't like what you are reading and it is demolishing in what you believe and making you upset but it will not change anything of what and how happened.

Go on, now start with curses because it is best you can.

Managed to escape from the flood, but died because of custom officers:

Pensioner Mlađan Rajic (66) that on Saturday evening, fleeing the floods, try to travel with his son in Vienna, has died at the Hungarian border crossing , where Hungarian customs officers held for three hours because he did not have enough money with him.

Rajic , ( heart disease patient) , which left completely submerged family home , called his son about 19 hours , when the border guards confiscated his passport and took him from the passenger bus.

"He told me that they keep him in a separate room from which you can not see even if his bus moved on, since I first wanted to talk to our driver . They did not allow him to go outside to check it out , or to return to the Serbian border , so I immediately went from Vienna by car toward him" - his son Vladan, said.

Vladan attempts to get in touch with at least of Hungarian customs official, but he failed, since official refused to answer the phone for over an hour . Vladan was able to communicate only with his father , who is now in pain and weak and on all of his questions began to respond only with " good" and " cold " .

About half past 9 I've heard him last time . Border guards were only then beginning to answer on his phone , but the only thing they said was " very bad" . I asked them to call an ambulance because my father was sick , reminding them of the situation in our country and that is why he wants to arrive in Vienna that there is no more place to live - Vladan continues .

When it became clear that the Hungarian customs officials have no intention of saving his life , Vladan contacted Serbian embassy in Hungary, and they sent an ambulance and a translator .

Unfortunately , the only thing the doctors in 22 hours could do was to point out that the Mlađan Rajic died of a heart attack and notify his son about it. When his son arrived three hours later he says, it was a terrible sight . In a cold room with three desks , where after several hours of suffering died , his father was left completely naked , covered with a small blanket .

About 100,000 homes were without power across Serbia, and 400 schools were closed. Most sources suggest this is "the biggest flood ever recorded in Balkan history".

Listen you clearly don't understand difference between People, Country, and UNION. Our country asked everyone in same time for help on 15th.

And on 16th. Slovenia for example already sent their help. And although Slovenia is in European Union, that help was not from European Union, it was from country it self. On 18th the news told us that through people donations, Slovenia gathered 100 000 euro to donate to floods disaster. THIS also was not sent from European Union Emergency Response Coordination Centre (ERCC).

The help that Slovenia sent us was in Rescue vehicles, and in man power. Again this was on 16th.

The article you posted is made on 17th and the same news as in your article, we received was on 18th. The truth is that European Union decided to help after their round table gathering, and after seeing how many countries helped us without even asking European Union if they should help or not.

European Union is an UNION of countries, agreement, but countries still work for them self. And that UNION have Emergency Response Coordination Centre (ERCC), which is basically like you in your house have Piggy Bank. and saving money for emergency cases. Now this is whole different help that will be sent to us.

Do you understand now what i was talking about?

I wouldn't give them shit. Government is one to blame for a big % of damage. Why? Because for more then a decade, ass licking pro eu puppet regime was destroying army that should handle this kind of stuff instead begging around for help.

Only 6 transport helicopters, engineering units didn't do shit, no enough boats (they sold them on scrapyards) and idiotic small amount of active military . Serbia army is now around 22K people...what is complete disaster. For comparasion, back in 1999 , there were more than 115K people (without police and special forces)

So every stupid nation that is naive enough that is expecting others help before doing all it takes on their own to handle situations like this deserve to be slapped like this.

In decades before, there were perfectly organised systems and military drills for different scenarios that is basically not existing today. Uncompetent people are on positions, chief of army is political puppet and country that is unable to do shit. People know that, and below is video of mad guy attacking minister of justice yesterday when he came to take video and make political marketing on disaster of ordinary people.

pimpmaster9000 05-19-2014 03:59 PM

there is no real government in serbia...its like the world wrestling federation...all the people are there...it all looks real at first glance...but it is just for show...

the reaction and rescue efforts were for the most part shockingly un-coordinated...we have a completely incompetent government that is only interested in shifting blame and gaining cheap political points and covering up their own utter ineptness...

watching local politicians on the news is like watching a bad spanish soap opera...

thank you so much to the russian rescue men who flew in to help, this is what real help is...no bullshit no excuses "We are on our way"...

also it is not true that the EU is not going to give "aid" it is just waiting to negotiate the terms of this "aid" first and see how badly we are hurting and then get the best blow job possible from our politicians on the terms and conditions :2 cents:

Damn, that's horrible - enjoyed my visit to Serbia and have some close friends in Balkan, always enjoyed the culture and people there (keeping lots of Balkan movies and music).

Wishing a lot of strength and a speedy recovery. If you know about any sensible way to help please give me a pointer, I don't want to contribute through any "government" programme since I know how the government functions here and am afraid yours is not much different.

Did this ever happen anytime recently? I don't remember major floods in Balkan, here in Czech it happened already three or four times during the past 20 years, not on this scale though.

pimpmaster9000 05-20-2014 11:22 AM

http://www.floodrelief.gov.rs/eng/ is the official site

the disaster is too wide spread and the damage too great for the politicians to be lining pockets with this money...at this moment they are pretending to be competent, and as much as I hate that this money will in one way "salvage" their incompetent assholes, I am sure a great deal of it will actually end up helping the victims because 20.000 homeless and the billions in damage is just too much to ignore for them...with most of the crops gone, and the fields too moist to work for the next 3-4 weeks, it will literally take billions of $$$ to even speak of stating crops for the next year, providing the farmers who lost everything could survive a one year financial vacuum and live off of air...

2 wars, 20+ years of economic sanctions, idiot puppet politicians and now this...this is going to be a long one :2 cents:

It's strange to me too, specially paypal account address, but maybe it's another different foundation, which i wouldn't trust anyway.

Here's official website of our gov for bank, sms and paypal donations http://www.floodrelief.gov.rs/eng/

And here's Novak Djokovic Foundation http://novakdjokovicfoundation.org/home.1.html

I don't know about the other legit foundations to receive money via paypal since paypal is not supported in our country.

it is the paypal account of a Serbian diplomatic mission in Brussels or something similar, it was specifically set up for this, the money will be forwarded to a special account in Serbia to be used for aid. It is a completely legit account no doubt about this, was in the news and announced by government officials

You can't believe how many dipshits are out there. Some people went with boats in flooded areas just to steal things from abandoned houses, on my facebook wall it's flooded with warnings about fake organizations and paypal accounts. There are at least 40 fakes that i counted. Some idiots charged for bread 200 dinars while regular price is 40, and for water 400 dinars while water regular price is about 60-70.

But gypsies are the worst. Over 1000 reports from gypsies who doesn't live in flooded areas just came there in hotels who offered free sleepover and free meals for those who were flooded, using situation to get their sleep and food for free, and maybe to get one more house when country start building houses which are destroyed or not usable anymore.

Who knows how many dipshits are not found out yet trying to take advantage of this situation.

Emma 05-20-2014 11:58 PM

Damage from flooding in Serbia is at least one billion euros, but pessimistic forecasts show that can reach up to 1.5 billion, analysts estimate unofficially. :(

Fucking gypsies, I was writing somewhere here in previous days how many problems are they making. They were already at the door asking for money for red cross. Red cross gave announcement day later that red cross is not taking money,so it is a fraud.
