The domains are resolving. That is the only encouraging thing about this right now.

I have set up private nameservers for each one through Moniker, so those are still working.

The sites are still live. The domains just don't appear in my management account.

arock10 06-02-2014 05:58 AM

They just charged and renewed some domains I let expire a month ago. What the hell

DreamGirls 06-02-2014 06:00 AM

Just got off the phone with them after an hour+ hold. They are saying that the domains that got pushed to my account that were purchased via snapnames are now being managed by networksolutions. I tried logging into the domains via network solutions while on the phone with support, and they are not in my network solutions account. I tried using the lost password for each domain using the email address, and nothing come to me. They are working on it now, and I will update here if they give me any more info that might help someone else here with lost domains...

Thanks for all the shout outs!! IF anyone is interested in working with me again, you can find me at eNom. Holla!

jigga 06-02-2014 06:08 AM

What a clusterfuck. All old invoices/transaction history appear to be gone. Privacy box is not ticked on every domain and when you change it and try to save it still remains unticked. And I find the new interface brutal in terms of useability. Blah.

CarlosTheGaucho 06-02-2014 06:10 AM

Damn, I swear I never had problems with Moniker but now this is indeed quite a disaster. The old interface was old school but still workable.

I can't figure out how to check the transactions history (shows nothing - had a pre-paid there and the balance looks a bit low).

i really doubt that is the case. when i look up one of my missing domains that was bought off snapnames a couple months back, it shows a moniker registrar eunameflood.com. unless networksolutions now owns them...however i have an email from moniker sayings its registered with moniker when it was paid for...

EDIT: ok, so this apparently is the case, at least for non-expired domains. What i did is go to networksolutions.com, did the forgot ID thing. entered one of the domains i am missing. They sent the ID to my email, then with the ID, i reset my password and the domains that were missing were there. Now if only i can get my expired domains back so i can renew them. talk about zero communication about this. they were previously in my moniker account and i got emails saying they were registered my moniker....

CaptainHowdy 06-02-2014 06:18 AM

Always forget moving a couple of domains I have in there ...

TheDA 06-02-2014 06:21 AM

They've hcarged me for domain renewals on a handful of domains I was letting expire - they aren't even listed in my account so it looks like I've paid the renewal but don't have them listed against me.

anexsia 06-02-2014 06:25 AM

It's threads like this that make me glad I have all my domains at Namecheap...pricing is good with their discounts offered to members with lots of domains and I've never had a problem in all the years with them.

shimmy 06-02-2014 06:26 AM

After being on hold for 30 minutes it went to voice mail.

Actually, they renewed these expired domains... charged my credit card... but they aren't even in my fucking account what the hell

BigTony77 06-02-2014 06:46 AM

Same thing happened to me about 3 hours ago.

Think their support must be totally overloaded now, let's give them some time, maybe they could come up with the ingenious idea to return to the old interface.

I was hoping this would work for me, but the forwarding email on the moniker privacy is all screwed up...so I can't get the info.

that sucks. i got lucky in that i didn't have privacy on any of the domains.

CIVMatt 06-02-2014 07:01 AM

Even ccbill's interface laughs at it.

So fukced up. When I send an email to the "privacy email" for one of my "lost" domains, then I get a bounced email that references a different "lost" domain.

Fortunately, I kept all the emails with the confirmations of the push to my account, so they are working on getting them back for me now somehow.

MaDalton 06-02-2014 07:19 AM

what a clusterfuck...

suesheboy 06-02-2014 07:22 AM

The idea that they have not sent out a warning email now to everyone to chill out is a major fail.

Right away i see features missing and after checking 2 accounts I don't see anything missing. One more account to check.

I HATE that one of my columns is and "up-sell" that I can not change to what I want.

suesheboy 06-02-2014 07:28 AM

Site is slow as fuck for me too.

Forwarding is not a column I can choose. I am now going to have to make some major changes today which will take all day...

you might be better off contacting networksolutions as i would assume the domains are there and they can probably take off the privacy or something so you can gain access.

avalanche 06-02-2014 07:37 AM

30 mins on hold and voicemail....

I'm gonna wait and see what the Moniker support can do by the end of the day, then I will start down this path...

All my domains are at Moniker. After seeing this, I don't even want to login!

As it's an unauthorized charge, you should do a chargeback.

Just got off the phone with networksolutions. They found all 20+ domains in one account. They cannot give me access to this account since the owner of this account is listed as Moniker Privacy Services. Now I have been referred back to Moniker to try and get my domains back. I really don't like Moniker any more...

Clark 06-02-2014 01:51 PM

just got 31 emails: "invoices" from moniker for renewals. in their amazing update they changed my auto-renew payment from card to bank transfer wtf...never paid them by wire before.

holy crap..:helpme

I got some myself too now for domains I let drop on purpose last month. I've also got two support tickets out to them that haven't been replied to as of yet either.

Fuck the paltry profits from renewal fees. Moniker is going to make bank auctioning off expired domains from those people who left their domains on auto renew.

Is NetSol going to charge you $34.99/year to renew your .coms?

jigga 06-02-2014 02:31 PM

maintenance page is back up now on moniker.

bdld 06-02-2014 02:36 PM

same here, expired domains were charged. the interface is awful too.
