Video begins with one "mother" with two kids standing outside a dollar store having a camera pointed at her while she's angry waiting on the phone. The guy with the camera playing his music loud, at first, is antagonizing her while she's silent, waiting on the phone by stating that he's filming her and she made racist comments and called him a hahahahahahaha in front of her kids. That's the first 7 seconds. He antagonized her. pathetic. She has two kids to deal with, she's on the phone, and he's just pointing the camera at her trying to get more of a reaction, over and over again.

Forget the fact that the woman is trash and even uses the hahahahahahaha word herself.
