The guy with the camera playing his music loud, at first, is antagonizing her while she's silent, waiting on the phone by stating that he's filming her and she made racist comments and called him a hahahahahahaha in front of her kids. That's the first 7 seconds. He antagonized her. pathetic. She has two kids to deal with, she's on the phone, and he's just pointing the camera at her trying to get more of a reaction, over and over again.
