Why do people from outside of the US keep referring to the US as weak and broke?

If we are weak and broke Russia is dead and less than zero.

Who exactly do that? The USA is the most powerful economics and army nowadays and one must be an idiot to not understand this simple fact.

tell you guys interesting story about Ukraine. many of you may not even be aware of this.

Ukraine (the word) means ("u krańca" - polish) ("at the edge" - eng) almost literally, and was created to describe country that was at the edge/border of known Europe (talking about medieval times), it was wild west of the Europe - unmaintained, untamed, uninhabited (triple U :D), now where come's ppl from who we know as Ukrainins since it was basically wild territory without natives, where Europe law can't reach anyone?

These was the people who live by knives, by sabres and it was all they know, they was fearless fighters all of them, they created society, created their own codex and they live by it, they used to attack border countries, rob merchants, small villages etc..
with time they created country we know now as Ukraine.

Country created by rejects of medieval Europe, by thugs, ex-soldiers, unwanted nobles on the run.

There will be no war. At least because of the Ukraine, Somali or any other 3rd-world country. On the other hand, if you continue being assholes, Russia will simple cut off gas for you. So I really don't understand what exactly are you going to achieve. Don't you realize that Ukraine is almost fully depends on Russia?

They already pushed you into war with your neighbour,making you lost part of territory in record time, you will lose ability to work and heat during incoming winter and you have war and devastation in the country. I guess you are not counting total amount of deaths because "russkies" are not people, right?

Peaceful country until recently is now controlled by nazi lovers, you have tycoon on power that will execute "western" orders, army that is not sure who to defend and what to eat (not to mention lost military ships) and you are effectively not able to control good % of country.

By any means, they did a lot. Trick is that you are naive ,don't have a clue with what you are dealing with and you were running from school when there was a lesson about Yugoslavia. Or you missed complete education and famous Roman " divide and conquer".

Whatever is a reason , Ukraine is fucked up and sorry to say it like that, it won't exist in a way you used got used in last 20 years. Ukraine economy was completely dependent on Russian and after all those killings, there is no way back. East will go away , west will be buried in credits and loans and controlled by those that you say didn't do much and they did (for themselves, especially).

Ukrainians are lazy and always blaming someone else and still had tons of problems and lived bad. Guess how it would be once there is no dumping price of gas or when working industry will be in another country. Not to mention profit Ukraine was getting from renting Sevastopol to Russians and closed Russian market.

Think again when you say they didn't do much. They did,and they counted on stupidity card and it worked well, Ukraine is just last slave country where they will sell their merchandise ans services. Enjoy it.

There is nothing closer then "similar" because there are no two same countries with precisely same characteristics on the globe (as far as I know). So it is still better then what you are experiencing now for the first time.

i was devastated when ukrainians choosed another oligarh as their leader, i was really hope for some1 honest and from ppl after all what happend on maydan.. now i don't see very bright future, it's same neverending circle with few oligarhs on top and poor ppl under them.
