I thought the referee let far too much go early on and that escalated the nastiness from both sides.

More players should have been sent off in that match, and Suarez wtf is wrong with that guy? 90% footballing genius 10% street dog.

Studs up, a red is fair, harsh but fair.

Uruguay were the better side in that match, Italy were playing for the draw and it came back to bite them (literally):1orglaugh

I dont think any ban for Saurez shoud be domestic, only for the national team, not fair for Liverpool to punished.

EngineCash 06-25-2014 03:17 AM

Such a good player, but sucks a fool... He should be suspended for a very long time...

michael.kickass 06-25-2014 05:48 AM

The red card was a red card, the guy went straight for the leg with bad intention, ball was nowhere near, referee was standing right by him, It's red.

And about Suarez... I constantly hear a lot of people here sayin' that this is a faggot's game and shit like that. Whoever entered a football field knows there are things that happen in the field that should stay in the field. It's a man's game, if you're not up for it play some other game. Shit like this has always happened, that's why there are referees. If the referee doesn't see it, I'm sorry but the show must go on.

Suarez is probably the best player in the world and the impact that sole action had on this Italian asshole's psyche probably had consequences we'll never know. Maybe that action alone made the whole Italian defense tremble.

After re-watching it I agree.

Huh? Biting an opponent is a "man's game" and all good? What you say applies to tough game and so on, but absolutely has nothing to do with biting...

Sorry, biting an opponent is a pussy move. To now have done it 3 times at this level is just the actions of a pussy cunt.

I flip-flop with that. On one hand I agree, but then I think.. it's the THIRD time he has done this - the consequences need to be pretty huge for him to finally 'get it'.

Still don't know which side of the fence I fall on, but either outcome would be fair :2 cents:

Ok, call him whatever you want, I don't mind. He's still one of the best strikers in the world.

I find it incredible that you find it incredible. Former top strikers such as Maradona, Beckham, Michael Owen, etc, etc claim he's clearly amongst the very top strikers and yet you don't.

I'm from Uruguay and agree 100% with this comment. Michael Kickass is delusional.

to be fair, you said he was the best player, not amongst the top strikers - very different statements :) He isn't the best striker, let alone the best player :thumbsup

To be fair, I wouldn't say they're VERY different statements, different ok, very different, no. You think he's not the best striker, I think he is, actually I think he's the best #9 I've ever seen. So we have different opinions Jel, no big deal.

The only thing suffering is your reading comprehension. Read what I wrote again. Nowhere did I condone what Suarez did. In fact I made it clear I found it embarrassing.

I don't need to read anything again because my reading comprehension has never been this good. You want a pussy in your team, a pussy that embarasses you.

One of the best players in the world = could be any of 5 to 10 players.

The best player = can only be one player.

Ok, since you want this to be a personal drama thread between you and me here I quote myself to make it perfectly clear.

Do I have to explain to you the meaning of the word probably? Funny that you speak of reading comprehension.

And I quote myself again...

Does that statement say he's the best player?

Show the post where I say he's the best player or GFY.

Definite red card. Suarez is not the best player in the world, and biting should not be a part of the game. Maybe we should allow kicks to the groin, armbars, and choke holds.

He might be a good striker. However he is a disgusting human being. How the fuck bites people? He just fucked his team because he will or should be suspended for the rest of the tournament.
