Porn production (even possession) is illegal. Finding nude models is hard enough--many models consider topless-only to be nude.

Generally speaking, bargirls are not good looking for Thai standards. Go to campus or shopping malls and you will see more beautiful girls in 10 minutes than you can find in all bars of Thailand in 1 year. If you want to see pretty prostitutes for Thai standards head for the gentlemen clubs or upscale soapy massage parlors.
