For fact, there's "bad people" on every forum. That's why every affiliate program have a Terms page. The forum he is having a old post in is WebmasterJunction, that forum might be a honeypot for your mission, but there are also webmasters on there who jump from layer 1 to layer 2, and actually become pretty skilled and jump to GFY. Not sure if that jump was a upgrade, will leave that in the middle, but to also label Markul now (and his service) as a pirate is a little bit to much if you ask me. There is more gain in collaboration and helping each other out when you want to battle a group that you seem to have targeted.

Read my original post. I offered to (1) rid Bongacash of all the pirated videos of their performers that are all over file lockers and (2) provide them a list of piracy sites linking to them.

In fact, AdultKing thinks everyone who promote BongaCams is a pirate, too. This is why he posted in this piracy themed thread the most complete affiliate list he had - upsetting the legitimate affiliates included in such list.

I work in a cam company, we do not write in wjunction (yet), but if anyone reported me of a thread in wjunction (or any else forum) where people ask things about our program, it is quite normal we would make an account there and reply somewhat, this is not "hiring pirates".

I make one more obvious example: what a cam program does not wish or want it is the cheater affiliates, i.e. who tries to scam the cam site by doing fake signups with proxy/vpn and stolen cards etc. - actually these guys meet and discuss in blackhat, carding and hack forums. I do have accounts in blackhat, carding and hack forums, as both real and fake names, just in order to know and protect ourselves from those fraudster affiliates, and at times to troll them in their own threads. Having an account there sure does not mean we support them scamming and defrauding us, but the contrary. If we had accounts in a (mostly) piracy forum, it could be not to support piracy, but for example, to learn who of our affiliates it is a pirate so to ban them quicker.

I agree, however you haven't made a thread where you promote your program then answer actual pirates about how to promote the program and then have those same pirates throw your program up on piracy sites and then do nothing about it.

The original name for the same site was WarezJunction but was changed to appear more mainstream.

The original site was set up as a support site for a large Direct Download Listing site called Katz.

Some of you either do not know that sites history or are trying to rewrite it.

I really enjoy how the majority of you would rather bitch about what is posted here instead of what is posted elsewhere.

Maybe it is time to start reporting sites owned by Dutch residents that promote piracy to BRIEN and let them pursue them in the Dutch courts.

The guy tried our program but he asks for another supporting more countries (bongacams pay also for russia signups and such, we don't). Interestingly, the guys reply suggesting: datingfactory, chaturbate and videosecrets. No one suggested bongacams.

From these 2 threads, using AdultKing logics, I conclude that: 1) videosecrets is suggested by pirates and 2) bongacams is not suggested by pirates, or popular in wjunction at all.

In fact rather than either post entire lists containing both pirates and no pirates, citing a number of items without its % over total items in a filelocker, or in general citing single items without its % over context where is taken from, the science (of which the law is part), it needs statements such as: "the X% of the affiliates/traffic of program Y are mostly related to piracy", or, "the X% of active posts in forum Y talk about sponsor Z as good to convert piracy traffic - this is X times more than other sponsors ZZZ" and so on.

I don't believe they have recently, it's mostly been Exoclick, but we've seen CrakRevenue affiliates advertising through Exoclick on ThePirateBay
