What about the 400~MB and the 700~MB uploads to Uploaded.net ? These pictures that are the subject of an unauthorised release of images. You have no right to distribute them, you have been given no license to do so, nor have you paid for a license to do so.

Just because others are distributing these images doesn't give you the automatic right to, they are not public domain.

I've had my team go right over your sites today, we've found numerous instances of copyright infringement and notified the rights holders.

Get a lawyer, because you need to learn the law. Those photos are copyright. Copyright exists in every photo taken by anyone the moment they take it. Unless you have been given a license to use it then you can't use it.

Forget the copyright infringement for a moment and ask yourself this. Why would you provide content to one of the biggest piracy sites on the planet ? Uploaded.net is one of the worst file lockers that exists, yet you uploaded to it for your own personal gain.

You're as much a part of the problem as any other uploader or pirate.

We don't differentiate between sites based on any other criteria than whether they are involved in piracy or not. If they are involved in piracy they become a target, if they are not involved in piracy then we leave them alone.

Our approach has been consistent, we go after pirates big and small. All that matters is that they are pirates and if they are deemed to be so then we target them.

AK's campaign has been supported by some very questionable donors.

A number of File Lockers have not had any difficulty continuing to grow while his campaign was in full swing.

Now that his $2500 a member organization is funding him he no longer turns a blind eye toward questionable donors.
