Do Russians today consider themselves European?

Historically they did up until communism.

And yes I do understand that Russia in its entirety includes huge territory in Asia.

I'm a muslim so... english is the american way not the one in the movies :) , i live in Romania so i know and romanian language , french and russian is not so fluent but i can handle them :)

speaking fluently is a relative term though. Some would consider your english fluent, some wouldn't. As long as you don't have to look up words every other sentence you are close enough in my opinion.
