Most states have challenged this. Not to protect the status quo, but because the other dealers have to adhere to intense regulations that Tesla is not. So do most people on this forum. i certainly don't spend my days fretting over every single little thing going on in Canada as if it affects me with the logic that i've got family there... and neither does anyone else here. My girlfriend is Canadian and her whole family is there, i doubt she even knows who the current Prime Minister is... like myself and others, she has a life and other things to worry about other than what some partisan politician did in another country, that will never affect her in any way, shape or form.
