The police officer was absolutely an idiot. He completely overreacted, like I said. His actions could have killed the guy in the wheelchair or severely hurt one of the other policeman standing there by having the wheelchair fall on them.

With that said, you are still giving the guy in the wheelchair an out. If he does not have the mental capacity to drive his wheelchair without injuring others, then he should not be driving his wheelchair. That wheelchair is far too dangerous to other people if the driver cannot drive properly.

By that token, the dumb fuck cop doesn't have the mental capacity to be out on the street doing anything whatsoever, if his first inclination when spotting some disabled guy in a wheelchair getting thrown out of a property is to stand like a fuckwit in front of him in some kind of "I am harder than you are" show. I mean, he must go around doing that to everyone, right?

get someone in a wheelchair to run over your foot in normal footwear. You'll see then why this was totally unnecessary. Think of soccer players diving after being tapped on the back. Not to mention this so called officer of the law instigated the thing in the first place... fair enough he wanted to arrest the guy (iirc he was just told to leave? can see why he'd want to make sure the guy was arrested), but to also do what he did is just so OTT it just screams 'loose cannon'.

Maybe this whole thing was Jesus Christ's way of making sure a truly complete innocent didn't get shot to death in a month's time :upsidedow
