We dropped them 6+ months ago and cancelled all rebills after their message saying they would set accounts with no new sales to in-active.

Who is Paul and how can I get in contact with him? We haven't seen any of our money in months. Would be nice if we could get some. Trying to talk to their "chat support" is useless and you never get any real answers or actions. Is there an email address or phone number for this Paul person? Check the last 3 months in the "Payouts Report". Maybe one of your old payouts has been released recently.
