Ok I just read on up on the Ramey Warrants. So if Donny does not talk then they won't get any more info and probably won't be able to get the DA to take the case. Interdasting. So innocent people who would not have otherwise get arrested can have their lives ruined by cops who skip the DA because of not enough evidence and go straight to the judge to get a warrant. Then the accused does not face a trial but has an arrest record for hurting a child. How lovely.

Judges I would hope don't give out this type of warrant like candy and without some decent evidence presented to them by the police.

In a situation involving a child, there seems there could be reasonable justification for going directly to a judge, who will ultimately have to weigh the evidence before a jury that may or may not agree with the facts and evidence presented anyway.

Judge, DA, Defense Attorney, they are all on the same "side", the side called "Law". All want the same result, to see that justice is served. In the case of a child, there is always going to be a sense of urgency and there is always going to be an err on the side of caution approach;one hopes anyway.

In the case of Donny whether you like him or not, he apparently did get falsely accused previously and won his innocence in a court of law. Best to give him that benefit of the doubt because any innocent person in a similar situation would justifiably hope for the same consideration.

Of course, if he is found guilty, then he will rot in a living hell. "Chi Moes" are tormented and tortured daily in every single jail in the world.

it is actually called chomo. and in federal prison they are usually placed in the low security institutions, where they are protected by the staff and guards...and no the staff and guards do NOT look the other way. most low security joints are half (if not more) full of chomos.

What world do you live in where the police can't and don't go to a judge or magistrate to get an arrest warrant if they can show enough cause to warrant an arrest? And how does that make a judge a prosecutor? :helpme

That's only for the court room and not public opinion, after all OJ was innocent, same as Kasey Anthony.. I think most people understand differently and that the legal system is often flawed.

For instance.. A family friend of ours, ended up with her grandchild being molested by her sisters husband. This guy was convicted and sentenced to 50 years in prison but the lovely govoner of FL signed a bill into law which allows first time offenders get out of jail free pass if they make an appeal.

This guy obviously made an appeal and now a convicted and sentenced child molester is out of jail on house arrest, thanks to the justice system. Meaning it's not just innocent people getting hurt, but often the guilty get away with their crimes.

We can also assume that potentially there "was" something to the first case and perhaps due to the mother's history, maybe justice wasn't served in that case, but maybe something did happen then as well.

I can maybe get one accuser perhaps making something up or a crazy woman making up stories. You can go with the benefit of doubt on one case.. However 2 times now, it's an obvious pattern and not very likely a innocent person would find themself in that situation a second time.

Imagine Donny associating with all those phony judgmental Christians and everyone knows he is a former porn producer.
