Next of course, the Down Jones hit 17,959 last Friday. When George W Bush left office, it was at only 7949. Since Obama has been in office, the Dow gas gained 10,000 points. Wow wow !!

Healthcare spending is down, and the uninsured rate fell by over 30% in a single year.

Just recently of course, Obama made a deal with China to reduce greenhouse gas emissions - a deal that many said would be impossible to make. But he did it.

Republicans seem to have done nothing at all to help. Of course they are on the opposing party but shouldn't government officials work together to at least solve some problems instead of try 52+ times to repeal healthcare because its "unconstitutional" (it isn't), and chase conspiracy theories about Bengazi (there were none).

Right now we have that clown Harper running our country. Long story short, he sucks. We'll gladly trade Harper for Obama any day.
It's basically crap like Fox News that tells Americans what to think and big dose of good old fashion racism.

Sure people who are against Obama will come up with all kinds of arguments and factoids about how bad he is. A lot of those people will even convince themselves into believing the hogwash they're spewing. But it all basically boils down to racism and media manipulations. Unfortunately it's pretty much how the good old USA has always worked and probably always will.

As for your prime minster Stephen Harper...
If my memory serves me correctly then he's basically the former leader of the now defunct Reform party. Also known as Alberta's national socialist party founded and funded by the Big Oil corporations to prevent the recreation of another Petro Canada national oil company.

That is really obvious - Fox News Trashes Obama non-stop. But where does it come from? Do republicans watch and believe Fox News? Or is Fox news a tool of the republican party? Or both?

I'm looking for one thing - any thing - that Obama has done that is good, that a republican might say "Good job" for. Anyone?

Fuck details. I will agree. Take Harper. Obama would love it up here because he wouldn't have an intelligence/military complex pressuring him to do shit he never wanted, and we wouldn't have all this stupid racist shit hanging over him.

Won't agree with all he does. But he's way above Harper, a religious nut if we ever had one who hates science, facts, reality, and prefers to favor his buddies in industry.

Well it's kind of like this...
The average American is a lazy and poorly educated slob that adores beating his chest. And the following is how he forms his opinions on the world and pretty much any issue.
  1. Mr. Joe Average American comes home from work and the first thing on his mind is stuffing something in his mouth. But he's lazy so it's either microwaved toxins, cheese in a can or bacon (preferably microwavable bacon).
  2. Goes into his living room and drops his ass in the couch in order to channel surf. On TV he's basically looking to watch violence or nudity or stupidity and if he's lucky all 3 at the same time. So after a few moments of flipping through the stations he finds nothing but stumbles upon some loud mouth newscaster bitching and screaming at everyone and everything.... and... well... it's mildly entertaining
  3. Then when he's done watching TV he drops his ass in front of his computer. Once again he's looking for stupid or naked. So he looks at kittens... watches some girl in a bikini doing a face plant on youtube... strokes off to some porn... Then when that's over he goes "searching" for something but he's got no clue what he wants and most often ends up looks up whatever the television loud mouth was bitching about.

All in all...
When his porn fix is over Mr. Joe Average stumbles on a site or forum like reddit and starts playing games like "guess the race," "Save my guns," and "Canada is a European communist hell hole because they already have a version of Obama Care.

By the end of the week he's decided that "Conservative = Tough" and "Liberal = Gay". Since Republicans are conservatives they're bad asses and democrats are pussies because they're liberals

He goes out and bitches to his co-workers, family and friends about Obama, immigrants, Negros, guns, etc. In return they go out and bitch to their family, co-workers and friends too. And it doesn't take a genius to see the end result.

My friend you're never going to talk sense or win an argument with him and you're certainly not going to make a difference. All you're going to do is stress yourself out trying. Therefore your best course of action is to just do what the Mexicans do. IE: Smile politely and take the slob's money.

The stimulus is the cause of DOW being crazy high. Basically every economist is aware of that, even shitty ones who are "economists" in self-proclaimed title only. In a nutshell, the stimulus / free money to Wall Street gave investors a lot of confidence the first 2-3 years(2009 or so till 2012-13), so they were a bit more risky and a bit more willing(and able) to spend more than under normal circumstances, and especially in a recession.


His administration is responsible for that stimulus.

Wonder how many of your other points are BS too. :winkwink:

IF you were aware of the actuals re: the stimulus, then you would know it was introduced by a representative of the house, passed the house, passed the senate, then it gets to the pres to sign into law.

i.e., BO's adminstration is not responsible for any stimulus.
