Hi unex,
Your account was closed because of two occurrences of malware alerts. The first one was a Kaspersky virus alert. And the second one a few months later was this JavaScript which is flagged by RiskIQ as being a malware.
We have very strict rules in place to protect our publishers from malwares and when we have various issues with a new account, we do close it.
I understand your frustration and maybe we sometimes close accounts that we shouldn't, but we simply don't want to take any risks. I hope that you can understand our position.
In any case, we will review your case in details to see exactly what happened.
On a different note, in one of your messages, you mention we didn't refund your balance. Your balance was negative so there was nothing to be refunded.
