Honestly I have done nothing I or most people would consider illegal, unwise maybe.

I believe the reference is about the acquisition and distribution of pirate site data bases without the consent of their owners.

I was a moderator/super moderator of WJunction and was banned for collecting IP addresses of key staff members and file host site reps/owners. Publicly it was said on WJunction I was banned for recruiting for another site as a means of the staff to save face. No piracy related site wants to admit they made someone for the other side a ranking staff member. During my time there I publicly posted negatively about piracy and file hosts that promoted their services. I even engaged in open and private conversation with AK when he registered there and protested his banning there.

I have owned 4 sites used to collect data/information on uploaders, advertisers, and file host operators. They are called honeypots.

Aside from that I have been arrested a few times, simple possession, fighting/assault, no convictions.

Given that NukePiracy has been banned, that leaves only you and FriendsForNow to present your facts. Even if FFN doesn't work for you or isn't associated with you, he's clearly your #1 fan boy and would likely be the most vocal anti-AK member here should you be banned. He would also likely re-present the facts that you and NukePiracy have already posted but would do so in a way that would make those facts less believable to the masses thereby hurting your cause.

If it's a thread and subject that people are really interested in, it wouldn't need one guy and his me-too crew bumping it twice daily for months on end. Worst thing about it, to me, is that it gave every small timer a cause to believe in and they took to it religiously and zealously, a true crusade that interested them for more than making money ever did.
