Is it a niche? I always thought this is just a way of serving sushi. There are special restaurants for that. I know at least one in my city. Also you can order such a delivery service at your home, sauna or wherever.

Though they usually don't use sushi, for health reasons, I have seen this done at numerous dungeon parties here in the U.S.
