Not picking on you hear but one thing is clear in this thread, not one pot head here can argue a sound point worth a shit.. It's just one red herring argument after another. NONE of us are saying it should be illegal, NONE of us here are saying taking prescription drugs for everything instead is healthier. NONE of us here are saying its going to kill you. NONE of us here are saying alcohol is better in any way. We are ONLY saying its not healthy and preaching that it is is nothing more than denial of religious proportions because THAT is backed up by nothing at all other than in some extreme pain cases.
btw, anyone claiming that people who choose not to use it are brainwashed you have entered the realms of religious levels of denial...congrats...

Well I agree with all you are saying except the 'it's not healthy' argument. It IS healthy, medicinal, mood-altering (generally in a positive way) and without fear of illness, addiction or death. So to ME that equals "healthy".
Remember, you can vape weed or eat weed or put cannabis oil under your tongue so the 'smoking is bad' argument does not fully apply here. And the fact that some people freak out and cannot handle their high also does not prove weed's unhealthiness. Some people are allergic to penicillin remember, or peanuts (both very 'healthy' things).
In fact, I will go so far as to say that if most people gave up their chemical pharmaceuticals and replaced them with cannabis oil, edible cannabis products and vaping they would be a whole lot healthier (and happier). :) Probably why it remains illegal, too. LOL |
