Tomorrow all those people will join the anti-Putin march, which was moved from outskirts to the center of Moscow by the City Hall. It was intended to be a positive anti-Putin march, which will turn into a sad and perhaps radical one, because of the assassination. There will be no funky green balloons tomorrow, I believe. The situation has changed and it changed badly for Putin.

The problem is you don't understand Russian, which is funny because I can easily read Bulgarian. All Russian non-Federal media (yes, we have it) says that Putin is in charge.

Therefore it seems very likely that the cleaning vehicle has something to do with it and the assassin could have traveled with the vehicle.

Using a cleaning vehicle gives a lot of advantage: you can drive slowly, draw no attention, wait if necessary and thus pick exactly the right moment (with no other people nearby).
