Jesse, just for clarification, are there in fact any pics in the members area beyond the 15-20 in that horizontal thumb bar on the promo page for every shoot that anybody can view without a membership? Because I'm still not seeing them. Currently, I have promo access to the members area (dating to the time when there would be 150-300 still photos per shoot there for members) but I'm currently not seeing any member-area stills available that non-paying members of the public can't also access on the shoot promo page.

As you know I've been in close contact with you and your predecessors ever since the still photos were taken out of the product. If there's been a development on this front, I'd love to hear about it!

Hey Dan, yeah the directors have cut way back on photo's over the years. The photos there are the same as would be in the promo area. I am really pushing tech to get photos / vids / blog generator back online ASAP.

I think what he meant is that the members don't even have access to the old full photo sets anymore, there are only videos, and a few promo pics in the members' area.

Sorry, let me clarify. Overall the directors have lowered the amount of photos they take as a whole. When we switched to the new site, we lowered the amount of photos you can see in the viewer [so pages were lighter etc.], so yes they are just a "preview" of the full set. If you download photos in the zips you will get the full set of photos, not just the handful in the viewer.

Some shoots may not have zips if there is only a handful of photos and they all fit in the viewer but those are likely few and far between.

The zips are the answer to my question -- I did not know they were finally implemented, last I heard they were still at a "maybe, someday, no promises, don't hold your breath" stage and honestly I had given up.

It turns out my promo access has expired so I was not seeing them even though I was logged in. Honestly I wasn't looking very hard given that I didn't think there was anything to look for.

Stats stopped on 06/03/17.....again

We're aware, no data has been lost, it's just an import issue that usually hangs the system near the beginning of the month. If it happens on a weekend, we fix it the Monday as:

1. It will not affect your sales or revenues.
2. We're not a huge staff and don't have a 24 hour crew unless something major breaks.

Should be fixed and back up this afternoon.

Bonus round, for those of you actually following this thread. Some of you have noticed your campaigns are not receiving traffic, I've replied this directly to some of you, if I missed you because of an old ass e-mail thread, feel free to EMAIL ME.

Turns out, the guy who built Kinkydollars and then quit, didn't plan for special characters in campaigns. The most common being a hyphen, but for some dumb fuck reason only included underscores.

The result was, any campaigns that included a special character outside of an underscore [most common being hyphens, but other standard characters like asterisks, cyrillic [for Russia] and some asian characters] were then sent to an accounts default campaign.

We're still determining when this bug started, but at WORST your traffic was sent to your default and non-attributed campaign: IT WAS NOT LOST.

This gets to the bottom of one of the most infuriating traffic issues we've been experiencing. It sounds so fucking web basic, considering we map all of our campaigns on an account level via campaign ID's not actual campaign text but... sometimes the obvious is in front of your eyes. Or to quote my high school football coaches, "IF IT WAS A SNAKE IT WOULD'VE FUCKIN BIT YA."

This all being said, if you have traffic questions, feel your stats are wrong [and can send me screen shots] hit me up. Let's work it out and if it's our fuck up, I'll happily credit you sales / renewals based on statistics.

Or if you just wanna promote the best BDSM / Fetish content out there, that's cool too. Both Kink and myself are able to move past bugs, almost two decades of possible blood or relationships gone astray, let's do the damn thing and make some money.

You're absolutely right and man it's frustrating for us and for you I'm sure. The good news is, stats aren't lost. It's just a hang up on the import of data. We aren't always in the stats as much as you guys are.
