i'll leave it at that.

Wasn't it about 10 years ago that they released a new interface - the same one we're stuck with today - that was even WORSE than what it replaced?

I'm amazed that a large company like ccbill have still not fixed these issues after all this time. That's usually the sign of a dying company, although in this case they've obviously managed to dog along for another 10 years. I don't know if they're trying to recoup the investment in their "new" system or there's some other reason they won't fix it. :helpme

I found this capture from 10 years ago sitting on my server. I think this was just after they introduced the new system.

Took them 5 1/2 years to add ACH payouts. Now that the world revolves around live cams, we non-Cam producers might have lost the advantage of $5 ACH vs $30 Wires ($15 for them to send, $15 for our Bank to receive). Or the immediacy of ACH, vs chasing after paper checks blowing in the wind.

I wrote my own payment tracking PHP page. Because the Admin is too clunky. Plus, I don't have to log in, change my password every few minutes, and grow old waiting for click after click to produce the next thing to click on.

But, no other payment processor I have inquired to, does billing for tangible goods (e.g. DVDs).

But, we Affiliates do get paid! CCBill splits the sales revenue between the Program and the Affiliate, immediately.

Beats being an Affiliate of a dozen Programs that do their own accounting, each with $100 minimums - that we never see.

Monday, September 5, is a Holiday in the US, so if you still chase after paper checks, there's no US Postal Services on Monday. Labor Day is a big holiday in the US, with the end of Summer, back to school, as well as the whole holiday honoring hard working people, like postal workers and mail carriers, so don't expect a big catch-up on Tuesday.

shame to hear this, as we've never had a problem with ccbill services & reasonably speedy with replies too.

Huh? We process for hundreds of tangible good sites at a fraction of the cost. Where are you located?

We have used them for just over a year now and this is the second time that we have not received a check from CCBill. Anyone have a contact for their legal department?
