And one more comment. The homosexuality is not banned in Russia. There is no single law against homosexuals. We have no anti-gay laws like those in Florida, Texas, Virginia etc where anal and oral sex acts were considered as sodomia by Law till 2003.

In fact, all their parents knew that dances they learn and they were ok with that. It was an open dancing school (everybody was able to visit the repetitions). Wrong. Some of them look much younger. The investigative committee wouldn't deal with it because it's trying to apply article 135 of Criminal Code aka "Sexual Abuse" which can't be used in the involved persons are 16+ (the age of consent in Russia). So those girls must be younger than 16 y.o. This is the Law.

Once again the age of consent here is 16 - read the article 135 of Russian Criminal Code. So every 16+ person can do whatever she/he wants. That's correct, but according to the local news, the investigative committee is gonna apply article 135 ("sexual abuse towards 16- persons"). I also don't understand how a dance (even a disgusting one) could be considered as a sexual abuse. On the other hand, they simply have no appropriate law to use in this situation. There is a big scandal around that video and the investigators just want to simulate some activity. Course nobody will be imprisoned etc, but they have to pretend they are doing something.
