Based on what most are blacks, when it comes to getting contact with police? Not at least based on your posted chart. And even that is so, that still doesn't tell that much. Maybe police harasses and arrests blacks more than white, just because of racism, and they can't shoot everybody they harass without reason.

Well, not that long time ago (month or two), when I mentioned things about your police and legal system, I got responses like; "Merica #1", "From what shithole you are from?".

But things might have changed little since then, due all these news. At least I am sensing that some folks get that America isn't #1 in everything, at least not in everything good. So, if all Americans get this problem, why is there still problem? Cops aren't Americans? If your society really gets this and wants change, it should reflect to police, and quite soon.
