it's hilarious to see but in context with the whole video, it's a sad part of the clearly psychotic fanatic craze he has over him. His overall demeanor makes it clear that he is severly mentally unstable, probably not far from a full fledged psychosis. How do you know what the cop knew and didn't know? How do you know what was said and happened before the videos started? What about all the fighting and property damage? I realize facts are not important, but there were no "arrests" plural. One adult was arrested and one 14 year old girl was detained and released to her mother.
