The site might be bull shit but almost any "community" with a resident pool does have rules like that. I've gotten three emails from my complex in the last two weeks because people have been abusing pool rules by throwing parties and inviting more than two guests.

There probably was, but that's for the HOA to sort out with the person having the party. The guests were invited so far as they know they have a right to be there as they were invited.

I did watch that video and I don't see 100s of kids. I don't see looting and vandalizing. I don't see broken bottles on the ground where they were throwing them at cars..

I see a handful of kids being dumb kids and some angry people mad at the kids.. I also see a cop pulling his gun in a situation which at most he should of pulled out a tazer..

Let's not forget the actual subject of all the attention here... The cop was using excessive force on a minor. There was no life threating event going on which dictated the need to pull a gun and put bystanders in harms way.

Yet once again we see a hot headed cop going for the gun before going to the brain. It's a very simple concept.. If you feel you can't control the situation alone, then you step back as no lives were in immediate danger and you deesculate the situation.. But no.. The best idea was to throw a 14yo girl on the cement and pull your gun because some other guy runs around him..

This is a perfect example of a dumb shit cop making a tense situation worse because he didn't think out his options and put himself into a situation where he felt the need to pull his gun...

My bet is.. It was maybe 30 or 40 kids likely 20 or so were invited the rest crashed the party. I'd say the music annoyed the neiobers as it likely should and after some time people started arguing.. Then we got a little fight and suddenly it's 100s dindos everywhere stealing our stuffs..

According to the girl witness who's statement I posted, the boys who were crashing weren't being let in by the resident black kids attending the party (WITH their pool passes). They were ignored and then when they started jumping the fence, everyone in authority and with the power to complain assumed they were with the party goers because they were all black. But don't take my words, you can watch the interview and incorporate the information.

The story is about police brutality.. Everything else is side lines..


Maybe the girl promoting the event is the biggest POS in the world.. maybe the people whom she was fighting with were ex Nazis.. It doesn't matter.. All of that is just excuses used to justify one side or the other's argument..

The story should be, why did the cop slam a 14 yo girl onto the cement and draw his gun on people whom were clearly not armed nor attacking him. What led up to that event does not matter as at that moment no ones life was in danger and there was no reason for that cop to further escalate the situation in the manor in which he did.

Why do you keep calling them minors? The girl throwing the party is 20, so it stands to reason the party goers were probably at least 18 :winkwink:

The other 2 officers didn't react in that manner and IMO the one tapping him on his shoulder was likely trying to tell him to chill out.
