Agreed. But there is a cost to having a person do this for you, and after a while that person will get bored and creating poor quality thumbs after a while. My suggest was to let software do it, then remember which thumbs get clicked, and have the thumbs improve over time based on user clicks. A day or so of extra coding can save you a lot of money later.
