We spent around 3 months to customize our shopping cart. Any pre-made script do what my system its able to do

I don't know about the shopping cart, but the rest of the site is not that user friendly.

If you are selling a "business" the only metric of valuation is monthly (or yearly) net profit, and the stability of that profit. Everything else is a red herring....

That doesn't work like that in content business. Maybe its a good option for other kind of business, not for content.

In content there is not a revenue. You need to keep selling.
Also, if the content store had lots of sells this doesn't improve the content value.. this down the value due the oversaturation of content, so, new owner will not have so much luck selling this, have sense?
