I have an idea. Let's help NathalieK and Gspot get their business back on track.

Nathalie, Can you post some more info about your business?

- A few samples of the content
- A screenshot of traffic stats for the past year
- Sales for the past year? (Not dollar amounts if you don't want to, but maybe sales frequency?)
- Affiliate sales stats too please
- Maybe a short log of changes to your site in the past year too?
- A screenshot of your website as it used to appear.
- Also any ideas about what you think went wrong.

The idea is to see what your sales used to be like, and to to try to figure out what has changed that caused your sales to drop off. And maybe there will be a few people here who can help you to identify some problems, suggest improvements, and help get you back on track. I for one would be happy to contribute some time to the cause.

you should be able to get some good cash for that skyline, it's a legendary car, if it's in good shape. then use the proceeds to buy a more reasonable car and invest the balance into the site.

lol, I'm very happy here in Spain thanks. I liked this photo, Gary chooses others but I like me in this picture.

I can tell you, relaxing in the sun, live cam on & shooting once or twice a week, I love my life. It's been 30degrees for the past 4 months, I had christmas dinner on my balcony, I've enjoyed amazing food & can most definitely say, I would rather be here than in the UK any day!

It was a lovely car, but here in Spain, we hardly drive a car now as we're always either walking or working. Now with all the money to play with. We can create a much better site with higher quality content our members shall appreciate. But thanks for the support & thanks for liking our car, it was great traveling here in, we've had her for almost 10 years. Many a memory & now, maybe aim for the new GTR :thumbsup

cars are a dime a dozen. if you're at the stage where you're weighing selling a investment grade sports car v investing in your business, the answer is clear for me. folks struggling to launch their own gig don't need a skyline to get the groceries. and when that investment makes an ROI, there will be plenty of skylines in the classifieds.

Instead of selling your car I think you should sell your camera, computer, and turn off your internet. Then go out and get a job where you and your gf can earn a living. Selling a nice car like that will not make your biz a success if you don't have the talent and ability to run one.

1. Get Epoch as secondary processer for the cascade IF you do more than $20,000 a year with CCBill. If not, wait til you do. Epoch costs $1000 yearly.
2. Hire a designer to tweak your current design/re-design only the 'important parts' (main landing page, join page). I don't know your Members Area so we're probably just talking the Tour so only a couple pages are needed.

Remember too that any major change could hurt bookmarkers. Depends on your traffic and promotions. Good luck with everything!! :)

Lucky, we love our business & love most, lol, most people in the business. We also love our income & especially love our life.

We've done many jobs since leaving schools, owned a few successful businesses since leaving jobs, & now enjoying the sun, sea & most of all, sex, I think we'll definitely continue especially now purchasing the new domain :thumbsup

I don't think Gary's a bad bloke either. He seems genuine enough and all he gets on here is constant abuse. And by virtue of association so does his wife which is a crying shame.

Gary shouldn't even be banned here but things are what they are.

Someone needs to shake some sense into Gary. He's industrious enough it would appear but he needs to ground himself with an idea and run with it. Not flip flop all over the place. This new 4K idea isn't jiving for me. Nat is an amateur - no need for the 4K experience in my opinion.
