I don't know any sites with awesome content that are not successful.
The thing is - it's very expensive to produce HQ content, so if the site doesn't do well, i guess the owners just stop with updates and those sites are die, as they have negative ROI.

I am running sites over 12 years and i have an eye for a great content, unfortunately, the production of it will be too expensive.
Let's take as example out best converting site.

This site had 5 exclusive updates per week and converts around 1:200 for over a year. (this is great ratio, i have sites that converts 1:2000 so i am impressed with it)
If i will analyze the content, i can say it's far away from the awesome quality, but i can't see how to make a good ROI if the content will be much better.
As my English is really suck, i will try to give an example with numbers:
I pay 150$ a day for location in my country (location that looks shity i must say) , if i want super HQ location the cost per day will be 500$ and up. (location only)
And there is many other things that will improve the content quality by by tons (better camera, lighting, assistant, and list go on) ...BUT
If my expensive will be that high for a super quality niche site, i am not sure i will earn something :)
Sure, i will have more sells, but not by MUCH more....

This why it's very difficult to find niche sites with an awesome content quality like black.com
To make it, the budget should be HUGE...Much bigger than many would to risk in 2015

I still believe it's possible to open a site with super HQ content and make money, but i don't have the balls, to spend over 200 000$ on it and fail :)
I better spend this money on niche sites, with an average content.

My statement regarding JAVHD was that they have niche-leading content... I did not suggest they hire anyone. My signature should appear in every post, that happens automatically on GFY to the best of my knowledge. There are dozens of companies that do find me quite helpful, and I also definitely agree I am self-serving, so is everyone else in business - but claiming I am "only self-serving" is as misguided a term as the name "only tease" from my point of view.

One of the reasons we choose OnlyTease is becuase we do do exactly what it says. 80% of the content is topless, 10% lingerie and 10% figure nude (approx guesses) and we never want to mislead the surfer to thinking that these stunning girls in the tour will be showing the surfer what they had for dinner by spreading legs etc - that is not what we are about - but we did want to do teasing sets - so it starts off with the girl full clothed and the hope is the user is wanting to know if the model is wearing stockings or tights, its the tease of not knowing initially. The other ethos of the site is they never do a set with bare legs, its either stockings tights or socks!

We are lucky enough to use many models that don't do any other web work (or at least never used to - these days not many models can earn a living unless they do web!) and so got some amazing models on board.

And if we get complaints from users its usually either one of two complaints - not enough skin on show (they want to see ruder stuff and never really understood the tour!) or there is too much skin on show and don't even want to see topless. The second one is the one we get more (and thankfully neither are that often).

So your idea is an interesting one!

It's hard to fault your member area, you've clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, adding the Behind The Scenes was a stroke of genius!

IMHO Playboy could do with around 30% to 50% of each photoshoot being OnlyTease style, instead of ripping all the clothes off to full nudity so quickly.

I think Northwest Beauties could make a lot more money with their content, the guy who runs it says the same. This year they've converted for me at 1 in 135. They could do with someone making some affiliate-friendly tools and content, also a redesign/organization of their website.

The owner used to be a bit demanding with affiliates. Wanted MPL to get top billing over competitors like Met, Femjoy and other "better sellers". Which is all fine and dandy if you do something special for your affs. Have a nice life. Let some other aff have my sales.

I've heard stories like that about some other owners as well. If that's true he's small minded and a douche bag. You can't play like that. You have to be bigger and better and let your product sell. You can't bully or force people to selling it.

I as an owner and my affiliate manager, Tim @ Trans500 dot com personally reach out and try to build relationships and give them the tools to succeed . Been a little over two years since site has gone live and its a Daily Grind but hope to be The name in the TS Game.
