I need to relax a couple times a week and have some wine to clear my mind. I'm a super lightweight and enjoy sweet muscadine wines.

I have been on a super diet the last couple weeks so have not had a chance to indulge. My B-day is Sunday and you better believe I'm having some drinks and drafting my fantasy football team for XBiz ;)

JFK 08-27-2015 04:53 PM

every day :drinkup Mostly wine with dinner, or a beer while I bbq :thumbsup

Every 20 seconds :) You're the first person to see it. Are you some kinda conspiracy theory person that watches everything and everybody? Seems like you're stalking me a little ;)

That's both impressive and a bit scary; I actually fell into a trap that was tailor-made for me :winkwink:

That's funny.... i noticed it about an hour ago... first thought was "what's wrong with my eyes" . After 5 seconds (see... it was my eye), 10 seconds (must be my eye...) 15 seconds (definetely my eyes... who would put a wink in a pic and who would wait 15 seconds to repeat?) After 17 seconds i saw the wink again (not 20 seconds) but i had to double check it because coincidence could be that it was my eyes again...

I just realized you can use gifs as avatars. It is kind of strange because I do not remember seeing anyone having moving avatar. You would think more people (at least 1 in 100) would have them.

I've had a gif avatar for as long as I can remember. :thumbsup

And to answer this thread.. None of your business you judgmental assholes. I mean come on we are all adults here. If I wanna drink X amount of days then that is what I'll do. I'll say it's not as much as it was 5 years ago though.

They sometimes use molasses to boost the fermentation (more alcohol), as well as might to use "sugar" as a sweetener. The beer taste preferences differ, so does the ingredients. For example most Finnish beer have quite much hops in it. Way much more than for example many international brands have.

I don't know what they are required list in the ingredient list. Are they for example required to list molasses if those are mostly fermented to alcohol?

"Lots of different sugars can be used in brewing, and now that we know what the yeast want to eat and when, we can make better choices for their use. Which brings us to a good starting point — why would we want to use anything other than the sugars that come naturally form the barley? Well there are a few reasons that may apply in some circumstances:
a.) To raise the alcohol level without increasing the body of the beer.
b.) To lighten the body of the beer while maintaining the alcohol level.
c.) To add some interesting flavors.
d.) To prime the beer for carbonation."

Three. Thursday I'll have a few beers to welcome the weekend, but not enough to impair my Friday work. After close of business on Friday, dinner and a few beers followed by a few glasses of wine at home. Saturday, yeah, depends. Sometimes an all day barbie with beers and wine, or whatever. Sunday, back into work mode. No alcohol and a bit of email work to prep for Monday.

I like how it is organized and not random :thumbsup
Pretty much like me - Friday (or if I can't - Saturday) and nothing else.

They have a legal obligation to release accurate nutritional information. not ingredients but if there is sugar in it and they don't disclose it in the nutritional information I believe they are breaking the law.

I look at a lot of nutritional info on products and i've never seen sugars included in the carbohydrates. they are always listed separately.

Its part of their "proprietary" ingredients which do not need to be listed out on a label. Like I said just do some googling and you'll find all the info you need. And to be totally honest, does it really surprise you?

I'm not talking about ingredients. I'm talking about the nutritional information breakdown that is required by law to be on all consumable products.

and i read what you are talking about in google the "food babe" who pressured them to release ingredients but if there is hfc in it, why are there no sugars listed in the nutritional info? either they are flat out not testing for it or not giving true nutritional info to consumers. personally i mostly drink organic beer but sometimes drink coors.

Ill stick to my single malt scotch once a month not mass produced beer.

Tap Into Your Beer - an AB-InBev guide to our beers. - Website created by Anheuser Busch. Goes against some of the info posted by Food babe but there is in fact HFC's and GMO RICE in beer

If sugar would be listed separately in there, it should read 0 g. At least that is how on a beer can I am looking at. Though that is EU standardized markings, not US, whatever that is in there.
