No, Finland doesn't have 230000 battle troops. They have that many people in their military, 90% of that number is support, truck drivers and cooks.

Well, not all of it is battle troops taking part in the action, but 90 % of that isn't in support. That is roughly the amount of men equipped to take part in the action and capable to take action. Support is often civilians (though trained soldiers) and listed in separate number. Various support organizations are at least partly divided from army.

Finland has numerically one of the largest armies in Europe.

All military is typical 10% fighting and 90% support for that, so I was using that .

The problem is, that this just tries to fix the consequences.. those refugee camps are already overpopulated, however the refugees just keep popping out more and more kids (dunno why would anyone do that in their situation), so eventually more and more aid would be needed to keep those camps going - and to build more. Their home country needs to be fixed asap..
