if faketaxi isn't real why do you think this is? perhaps even the tattoo is real but they found a girl previously who was willing to do it and the video was all set up.

either way, no matter the reality someone who is willing to do to this (unless completely fake) has a lot of personal issues that won't be solved by you helping her remove the tattoo.

Everything aside, the girls life will be much better without the tattoo. Any help given to professionally remove it followed up by professional help with why she did it in the first place should be applauded.
