I kid. My wife stayed there once when she was down in those parts in an international rowing competition some years ago. She had good things to say about the city. It was a Vancouver to Vancouver call, but still long distance. Go figure :)

i figured, i'm kidding around too. i actually prefer the canadian vancouver because it's more metropolitan but the US one has some nice qualities too. being close to the gorge, etc.

Both are nice. Never been to the WA one, but maybe next time if she does that regatta again. Nice to get out of the city.
